Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, via email, in order to claim a coupon for that missed session at the end of term. Maximum of 2 cancelled sessions per term. Any cancellations after that time may be re-booked as a make-up class at a different time. New bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time.
